Being part of the front line of support for client and customer satisfaction, she supports our customers by providing helpful information, answering questions and troubleshooting problems. Loraine’s favorite thing about working at Alloy LED is the positive energy customer service brings and how everyone is willing to help each other out with no questions asked.

Whether it be answering questions for someone on the fly, helping take on new projects/tasks for someone else, or helping navigate through technical issues; everyone is always willing to lend a hand.
