Over a decade ago, Alloy LED was founded by Max Darling, the co-founder of Elemental LED and a serial entrepreneur with a passion for big-picture strategy, and Joe Flynn, an electrical engineer turned product innovator with a meticulous eye for quality and storytelling. With backgrounds in LED systems, and high-tech product development, the two joined forces to build a company grounded in trust, innovation, and responsiveness—values that still shape Alloy LED’s culture today.
